摘 要:针对2D数字伺服阀静动态特性可能存在的不稳定问题,分析了2D数字伺服阀的结构、工作原理及抗污染能力。并在此基础上,设计并搭建了测试实验平台,在额定压力21MPa时,对5只额定流量为50L/min的通径6mm的2D数字伺服阀进行了静动态特性实验研究。研究结果表明:5只2D数字伺服阀滞环都小于5.7%,-3dB处幅频宽至少可达70Hz(25%额定流量),阶跃响应上升时间至少可达8.8ms;5只6mm通径2D数字伺服阀均具有较理想的静动态特性和良好的加工一致性,不存在静动态特性不稳定的问题。Aiming at the instability problems of the of 2D digital servo valve's static and dynamic characteristics,and analyzes the structure, working principle and anti-pollution ability of the 2D digital servo valve. On this basis, Design and build the test platform, with the rated pressure is 21MPa, processing static and dynamic characteristics experiment research on five 2D digital servo valves which rated flow of 50 L/min and its size is 6 mm. The results show that: five 2d digital servo valves hysteresis is les than 6.7%, -3db in amplitude frequency width at least up to 70Hz (with 25% rated flow), and the rising step response time is at least 8.8ms; five 2d digital servo valves have ideal static and dynamic characteristics and good consistency processing, there is no static and dynamic characteristics of unstable problem.
