摘  要:为了降低汽车液压动力转向系统中转向泵存在的较大能量损失的问题,提出一种含有浮动块的新型变量转向叶片泵。考虑到转向泵实际工况,将新型转向泵的变量范围设计为特定转速范围速度补偿代替全转速范围速度补偿。同时建立汽车液压助力转向系统的数学模型,对转向泵选择不同的参数进行仿真,分析节能效果。仿真结果表明该泵可有效降低液压动力转向系统的能量损失,是一种较有应用前景的新型叶片泵。To take account of the fact for an automotive hydraulic power steering system have serious energy loss, This paper discusses a new variable displacement of double-action vane pump, which consists of a floating block. The pump belongs to an automotive hydraulic power steering system. In view of practice work situation of the steering pump, speed range of the new pump was design special speed range instead of total speed range. In the meantime by establishing the mathematical model for hydraulic power steering of automobile, different parameters of pump were selected in simulating programming. The simulating results were shown that the new pump can reduce the energy loss of the automotive hydraulic power steering system and prosperous utilization was expected.
