摘 要:通过对WY32型等多台挖掘机在施工中出现的工作装置动作迟缓、作业无力等现象进行分析,找出了产生上述故障现象的主因是挖掘机液压系统中主控制阀组的阀孔和阀芯工作表面的磨损拉伤。对比各种配件修复技术特点,决定利用研磨——电刷镀修复工艺对阀体孔和阀杆磨损进行修复的方案并实施。重点介绍了研磨棒的制作及研磨修复工艺、电刷镀预处理方法及修复工艺,使阀孔和阀杆的最佳配合间隙得以保证。最后带负荷试机,故障现象消失。投入施工后运转超过一年,液压系统未出现异常。Through the analysis of the WY32 type multi excavator working device appeared in the construction of slow, work to find the cause of the above phenomenon, fault phenomenon is worn and pulled excavator hydraulic system main control valve group valve hole and valve working surface. Comparison of characteristics of all kinds of accessories repair technology, decided to use the grinding brush plating repair process on the valve hole and valve stem wear repair plan and execute. Making and grinding, grinding rod repair technology of brush plating pretreatment method and repair technology is introduced, so that the best fit clearance valve hole and valve stem can be guaranteed. Finally, with a load test machine, the fault disappears. Investment construction operation for more than a year, the hydraulic system does not appear abnormal.
