摘　　要：《周礼正义》楚本和中华本的误改主要表现为:不注意校释术语;不注意表述方式;不注意用字规则;不注意词义;不追究僻义;不注意孙氏之校;不注意所据版本;不据原书改正引文讹误;不核原书擅改引文;所据失实;引甲书而据乙书擅改;转引而据原书回改;强求本句字面对应;误解所指。This article analyzes and corrects the inaccurate alterations in Zhouli Zhengyi （周礼正义）published by Zhonghua Press and the Chu edition （block-printed in Wuchang） , which include negligence over textual criticism terms, expression approaches, rules of diction, failure to study further on the rare meanings and inaccuracies on comprehending Sun Yirang＇s emendation as well as the adopted edition. Meanwhile it illustrates the mistakes resulting in taking over the errors of the quotations from original text, modifying the quotations without double checking or misunderstanding the objects for literal correspondence blindly.
