中国特色社会主义文化理论的命题意涵与时代呈现

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义文化理论是中国特色社会主义理论体系不可分割的有机组成部分。围绕坚持和发展中国特色社会主义文化这一重大课题,中国特色社会主义文化理论从文化本质观、和谐文化观、文化道路观、文化价值观、文化实力观、国家文化梦想等方面,对新形势下我们党"建设什么样的文化、怎样发展文化"等重要问题作出了新的回答与诠释,提出了一系列紧密相连、相互贯通的新思想、新观点和新论断,把对中国特色社会主义文化发展基本规律的认识提高到新的理论水平。The theory of China-characteristic socialist culture is a inseparable organic part of the system of China-characteristic socialist theory. For the key issue of adhering to and developing China-characteristic socialist culture, the theory of China-characteristic socialist culture has, in terms of the view of culture essence, that of cul- tural harmony, that of cultural path, that of cultural ideology, that of cultural influence, and national cultural dream, offered novel answers and interpretations to a series of leading issues, including ＂what a culture our Party should construct and how to develop such a culture in the new situation＂. In addition, it has put forward several mutually connected new theories, new views and new theses, raising our understanding of basic rules of developing China-characteristic socialist culture to a new theoretical level.
