摘  要:近年来人们绿色环保意识的提高,淀粉作为补强填充剂广泛应用于有机制品中.但由于淀粉含有大量的极性羟基基团,与橡胶的相容性不好,因此改善淀粉的极性是很有意义的.以木薯淀粉为原料,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为酯化剂,NaOH为催化剂,采用微波干法制备十二烷基苯磺酸木薯淀粉酯.考察了制备工艺条件如十二烷基苯磺酸钠与木薯淀粉葡萄糖单元的摩尔比、反应时间和pH值对产物取代度的影响,并用正交实验分析对制备工艺进行优化,以提高木薯淀粉的取代度.结果表明,在十二烷基苯磺酸钠与木薯淀粉葡萄糖单元摩尔比为0.06、反应时间5 min、pH值为10条件下制备的十二烷基苯磺酸酯淀粉的取代度最佳,取代度为0.008 3.With the green awareness raising in recent years, the starch is widely used in organic products as a reinforcing filler. However, due to the starch containing a large number of polar hydroxyl groups, the compatibility of starch and rubber is not good. And improving the polarity of the starch is great significance. Dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid cassava starch esters were prepared by micro- wave-dry method, with cassava starch as the raw material, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as the esterfying agent and sodium hydrox- ide as the catalyst. The effects of preparation technology such as molar ratios ( sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to glucose unit of cas- sava starch), reaction time and pH value on the substitution degree of the products were investigated, and the preparation technology was optimized through orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows: molar ratio of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to cassava starch is 0.06, reaction time 5 minuties, pH value 10 and the DS O. 008 3.
