摘 要:目的:比较斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot-ELISA)、免疫酶染色试验(IEST)和肺吸虫病金标渗滤试剂盒(DIGFA-kit)三种血清学诊断技术对实验感染斯氏狸殖吸虫大鼠血清抗体的检测结果。方法:采用三种免疫学诊断方法检测斯氏狸殖吸虫病大鼠血清IgG抗体,并分析比较结果的敏感性及特异性。结果:斑点酶联免疫吸附试验、免疫酶染色试验和肺吸虫病金标渗滤试剂盒的阳性率分别为97.9%、97.9%和95.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时采用此三种血清学方法检测正常大鼠、旋毛虫病大鼠、血吸虫病兔、蛔虫患者和鞭虫患者。结果发现IEST检出1例鞭虫患者阳性,而其余的实验动物和患者血清均未见阳性反应。结论:斑点酶联免疫吸附试验、免疫酶染色试验和肺吸虫病金标渗滤试剂盒对斯氏狸殖吸虫病特异性IgG抗体的检测均具有较好的敏感性和特异性。Objective To investigate the serum antibodies in rats infected with Pagumogonimus skrjabini. Methods Pagu- mogonimus skrjabini antibodies in serum of infected rats were detected by Dot-ELISA,immunoenzymatie staining technique (IEST) and DIGFA-kit, the sensitivity and specificity of three methods were analyzed. Results The positive rates detected by Dot-ELISA, IEST and DIGFA-kit were 97.9% ,97.9% and 95.8%, respectively ( P 〉 0.05 ). In healthy rats, rats with trichiniasis, rabbits with schistosomiasis, patients with ascariasis and trichuriasis, the antibodies were detected with the three methods,only one sample was positive with IEST, and all the other samples were negative. Conclusion Dot-ELISA, IEST and DIGFA-kit have good sensitivety and specificity in detection of Pagumogonimus skrjabini antibodies.
