摘 要:基于节约型园林的内涵和针对园林行业"非集约"现状的具体表现,采用"投入—产出—集约"的专题型指标体系框架,将提高"园林集约利用效率"的目标对接到城市绿地选址、规划设计、施工、使用、维护等环节,从全生命周期内的资源投入、综合效益(含负效益)产出2大领域,经理论分析法、频度统计法的初选,德尔菲法等方法的筛选、聚类分析法和主成分分析法的定量检验,初步建立包含1个总目标、2个子目标、8个专题和58个评价指标的城市绿地评价指标体系,以期为推动我国节约型城市绿地评价指标体系的研究提供参考和借鉴。Based on the connotation of economic landscape architecture and aimed at the non-intensive phenomenon now,used the framework of thematic type system of Input-Output-Intensiveness,this paper made the urban green location,landscape planning and design,construction,use and maintaining following the target of raising the intensive use efficiency of landscape architecture,it re-searched the two fields of resources input and comprehensive benefit output( including negative benefit) by the way of theoretical a-nalysis and frequency statistic method,filters by the way of Delphi method,quantitative tests by the way of cluster analysis and prin-cipal component analysis,and built the framework of urban greenland evaluation index system that comprised 1 overall goal,2 sub-goal,8 topics and 58 evaluation indexes in order to promoting the study on the economic urban greenland evaluation index system in China.
