双黄痛风胶囊质量标准提高研究

摘　　要：目的：补充优化双黄痛风胶囊的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,提高其质量标准.方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对处方中赤芍、黄芪、秦皮进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC-ELSD）测定黄芪甲苷的含量.色谱条件：Agilent ZobaxC18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相乙腈-水（32：68）;蒸发光散射检测器（ELSD）.结果：薄层鉴别方法专属性强;HPLC法测得黄芪甲苷在1.123 ～6.741 μg（r=0.999 9）线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.75％,RSD=1.75％.结论：提高后的标准方法简便可行,专属性强,重复性好,可更好地控制双黄痛风胶囊的质量.Objective： To impove the quality standard of Shuanghuang Tongfeng Capsules. Methods： The TLC method was used to identify Paenoiae Radix Rubra , Astragali Radix and Fraxini Cortex. The study of HPLC-ELSD methodology was carried out to determine the content of Astragaloside IV in the capsules. Chromatography method was performed on an Agilent Zobax ODS column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）, the mobile phase composition was acetonitrile-water （32：68）. Results： This method is good in separation, strong in specificity. The linear range of Astrogaloside IV was 1. 123-6. 741μg（r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99.75%, RSD1.75%. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuang Tongfeng Capsules.
