8例成人膈膨升症患者术后集束化临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨成人膈膨升症患者术后呼吸、消化和循环系统的临床护理。方法收集2008年1月-2012年12月本科收治的成人膈肌膨升并肺膨胀不全患者8例，在全麻胸腔镜下行膈肌折叠术，术后给予集束化临床护理。结果本组8例患者经集束化护理后全部治愈出院。结论有效拍背、适度咳嗽，促进肺复张；持续胃肠减压3～5d，减轻腹胀、呕吐；保持胸腔闭式引流管通畅，预防胸腔积液；充分氧疗，预防低氧血症能促进患者早日康复，减少并发症，提高生活质量。Objective To investigate clinical care of liter diaphragm expansion for adult patients with postoperative respiratory disorders, digestive and circulatory system. Methods From January 2008 to December 2012 admitted to adult undergraduate liter diaphragm expansion and ateleetasis in 8 patients, anesthesia thoracoscopic diaphragmatic plication, after giving cluster of clinical care. Results The group of 8 patients after cluster nursing all cured. Conclusion Effective shot back, moderate cough and promote lung recruitment; continuous decompression 3-5 d, reduce bloating, vomiting; remain closed thoracic drainage tube patency, prevention of pleural effusion; sufficient oxygen to prevent hypoxemia to promote early recovery of patients, reduce complications and improve quality of life.
