房产分幅图测绘中两个问题的探讨

摘　　要：现行分丘与编号方法存在不能准确反映房产用地类型信息、丘的划分方法很难把握等问题，根据房产管理工作的需要，提出了在建筑物上表示用地信息的分丘编号方法。In an attempt to overcome the failure to offer accurate information of the type of the land for the construction, as shown by the current ways of dividing the piece of land by ownership and numbering and ease the more difficult application of division of the piece of land by ownership, the paper offers the method of reflecting land-using information in the drawings of buildings, as needed by the management of house properties.
