摘　　要：新媒体是青年生活的重要组成部分。青年对新媒体的使用,在关注重点、行为取向、主要应用等方面具有显著特点。新媒体是青年学习工作的好帮手、社会交往的重要途径和意愿表达的重要渠道,但对青年的价值取向、身心健康等也有着不容忽视的负面影响。为此,应从健全政策法规、提高媒介素养、加强正面信息发布、提高监管效能、创新技术手段等方面入手,充分发挥新媒体促进青年健康成长的积极作用。New media is an important component of the youth life. Youth has notable features on focusing emphasis, behavioral approaches and main applications to the usage of new media. New media is a good helper of the learning and work, the most important ways of social intercourse and the important channel of wish expresses to youth. However, it also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored on the youth of value orientation, physical and mental health. improving media implementing ＂real play to the positive Therefore, starting from sounding policies and regulations, strengthening moral construction, literacy, strengthening positive information publish, improving regulatory effectiveness, name＂, innovating technological means, strengthening team construction and so on, giving full role of new media to help youth grow up healthily.
