摘　　要：倾斜井巷运输防跑车装置主要由直线电动机驱动的挡车器、远红外线发射器、红外线接收器、信号识别与控制装置组成。该装置利用三菱系统可编程序控制器为控制核心 ,由光电开关为检测元件 ,自动识别矿车运行状态 ,并依据识别信号自动控制挡车器的关闭或打开 ,以防止跑车事故的发生。该装置采用常闭的形式 ,正常工作矿车接近挡车器时 ,挡车器才打开。Install that haulage rummingproof machine in roadway of inclined coal mine consists of checkor of linear motor driving through infrared radiationor and infrared receiver,signal identification and control install.This install takes programming control of Sanling company as control core,photoelectric swith as test component,it auto-distinguishes moving state of haulager and auto-control openning and closing of checkor on the basis of identification signal torestall running accident of haulager.This install takes closing situation at normal times,checkor open when haulager near check.
