逐水透膈汤配合化疗治疗结核胸膜炎51例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逐水透膈汤配合化疗治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机配对法将101例结核性胸膜炎的患者分成治疗组(51例)和对照组(50例),两组病例性别、年龄、病情、病程等指标具有可比性(P>0.05)。治疗组使用中药加抗痨疗法,对照组使用抗痨法加激素2月,1年为1疗程,进行临床治疗对比观察。结果:治愈率治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:显示中药治疗结核性胸膜炎有很好的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhushui Touge Decoction combined with chemotherapy to treat tuberculosis pleurisy. Methods： Using the random pairing method, 101 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients were divided into treatment group （51 cases） and controlled group （ 50 cases）, the sex, age, course of disease, illness, indicators of the two groups was comparable （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The treatment group used Chinese medicine combined with anti-tuberculosis therapy, the controlled group used anti-tuberculosis drugs and hormones for two months, a year for a course of treatment, clinical treatment observation and comparison. Results： The cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy have a very good therapeutic effect.
