暖宫汤治疗虚寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察暖宫汤对原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将100例原发性痛经患者分为治疗组、对照组各50例,治疗组于经前1周给予中药暖宫汤口服,对照组给予乌鸡白凤丸口服,均服至月经第3天,连续3个月经周期。观察两组患者治疗前后痛经症状积分变化、治愈率等。结果:两组治疗前后痛经症状总积分都有明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组相比,暖宫汤疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:暖宫汤治疗虚寒型原发性痛经疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Nuangong Decoction to treat primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency cold type. Methods ： 100 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups ： treatment group in which 50 cases were trea- ted with Nuangong Decoction and control group in which 50 cases were treated with Wuji Baifen Pill from a week before menstrua- tion to three days after menstruation for 3 menstrual cycles, then the efficacy was observed. Results ： The total symptoms score of dysmenorrhea of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Nuangong Decoction was more effective than the controlled group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Nuangong Decoction has a good efficacy to treat primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency cold type.
