疏肝散结汤治疗乳腺囊性增生症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟疏肝散结汤治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床疗效。方法:将200例乳腺囊性增生症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组130例,对照组70例,治疗组以自拟疏肝散结汤治疗,水煎服,每日1剂,对照组口服小金丸治疗,每次1.2g,每日2次,两组患者均治疗3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率93.85%,对照组总有效率44.28%,两组乳腺囊性增生症患者的总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:疏肝散结汤对乳腺囊性增生疗效明显优于小金丸,无毒副反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Self-made Shugan Sanjie Decoction for the treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia. Methods： Two hundred patients with breast cystic hyperplasia were randomly divided into a treatment group （130 patients） and a controlled group （70 patients）, the treatment group was treated with the Self-made Shugan Sanjie Decoction which was decocted in water for oral administration at one dose a day, and the controlled group was orally administered with Xiao- jin Pill by oral administration at 1.2 g each time and twice each day. The treatment period of both groups was three months. Re- suits： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.85%, while that of the controlled group was 44.28%. There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） between the total effective rates of the two groups, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the controlled group. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Self-made Shugan Sanjie Decoc- tion on treating the disease of the breast cystic is obviously superior to that of Xiaojin Pill and without side effect.
