中医外治法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的中药用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:观察了近10年中医外治法治疗KOA的中药用药规律,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法:通过检索近10年外用中药治疗KOA的临床文献,整理、归纳和分析KOA的外用中药的用药规律。结果:从有效文献中总结出使用频率前10位的中药依次是:川乌、当归、草乌、威灵仙、牛膝、伸筋草、川芎、独活、透骨草、桂枝。使用频率前10位的药对依次是:川乌和草乌、牛膝和当归、伸筋草和透骨草、桃仁和红花、独活和桑寄生、桑寄生和续断、羌活和独活、乳香和没药、三棱和莪术、麻黄和桂枝。结论:近10年外用中药治疗KOA主要是从祛风除湿,散寒止痛,活血化瘀,补益肝肾几个方面来论治的。Objective： Study the Traditional Chinese Medicine rules of knee osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment for nearly 10 years, to provide a reference basis for clinical use. Methods： Through searching the clinical lit- erature of Traditional Chinese Medicine for external treatment of knee osteoarthritis for nearly 10 years, arrange, induced and an- alyzed the drug rules of knee osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment. Results： Summarizing from ef- fective literature： the top 10 use frequency of TCM drugs in turn were： Chuanwu, Danggui, Caowu, Weilingxian, Niuxi, Shenjincao, Chuanxiong, Duhuo, Tougucao, Guizhi. The top 10 use frequency of medicine suits in turn were： Chuanwu and Caowu, Niuxi and Danggui, Shenjincao and Tougucao, Taoren and Honghua, Duhuo and Sangjisheng, Sangjisheng and Xudu- an, Qianghuo and Duhuo, Ruxiang and Moyao, Sanling and Ezhu, Mahuang and Guizhi. Conclusion： In recent 10 years for external use Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of KOA mainly from functions of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, eliminating cold to stop pain, tonifying liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis several aspects to treatment.
