自拟高效减肥法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟"高效减肥法"利用针罐结合并配合特殊饮食调理治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果。方法:选择2011年6月至2013年6月来我院门诊诊治的单纯性肥胖症患者168例,按分层随机法分为针刺组、"高效减肥"组各84例,针刺组仅给予单纯针刺治疗,"高效减肥"组给予针罐及特殊饮食调理治疗,2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效、体重指数、体脂肪率及不良反应发生率等。结果:针刺组与"高效减肥"组临床疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前体重指数及脂肪百分率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组自身治疗前后体重指数及脂肪百分率比较,均有显著性差异(P值均等于小于0.05);治疗后两组体重指数及脂肪百分率比较,有显著性差异(P值均等于小于0.05)。两组不良反应相似,发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:"高效减肥法"治疗单纯性肥胖症,效果显著、简单便捷,值得推广。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of special weight loss method in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods： 168 patients with simple obesity from June 2011 to June 2013 in section for outpatients in our hospital were selected and di- vided into observation and controlled groups at random. Each group included 84 cases respectively. The observation group was given special weight loss method. The method included acupuncture, cupping therapy and special dietetic regulation. While the controlled group was given simple acupuncture therapy. After a two weeks course of treatment the occurrence of clinical effect, Body mass index （BMI）, Body fat percentage （BFP） and adverse reaction incidence were compared. Results： There was sig- nificant difference between the controlled group and the observation group about the clinical treatment effect （ Z = 2. 932, P = 0. 003）. There was no significance between the two groups （P 〉0.05） about BMI and BFP before treatment. BMI and BFP were compared between before and after two course of treatment by itself, there were significant differences between the two groups （P value all less than 0. 05）. Simple acupuncture group served as a control, the differences between the two groups were significant （P value all less than 0. 05 ）. Adverse reaction incidence between the two groups was similar. Conclusions ： The therapy of special weight loss method in treatment of simple obesity has obvious effect. It＇s simple, convenient and worthy of be- ing popularized.
