可吸收软骨钉治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折切开复位可吸收软骨钉手术治疗的临床疗效.方法 自2010年3月至2012年9月采用切开复位、可吸收软骨钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折28 例,其中MasonⅡ型17 例,MasonⅢ型11 例,术后早期行功能锻炼,观察肘关节及前臂的屈伸旋转活动度、肌肉力量、稳定性及主观疼痛情况.结果 所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均8.3个月.疗效评定：优16 例,良10 例,可2 例（Mayo标准）,优良率92.86%.结论 可吸收软骨钉内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨小头骨折手术时间短,手术创伤小,功能康复快,临床效果良好.Objective To investigate the effect of absorbable cartilage nail in the treatment of Mason II, III type of radial head fractures treated. Methods From March 2010 to September 2012,28 patients of Mason II, III radial head fractures were treated with absorbable cartilage nail. 17 cases were type II , 11 cases were type II1. Give the early functional exercise after operation. The Flexion rotation activity, muscular strength, stability and pain of elbow joint and forearm were observed. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months （ an average of 8.3 months）. According to the Mayo evaluation standards, the results were excellent in 16 cases,good in 10 ,and fair in 2. The excellent and good rate was 92.86%. Conclusion Absorbable cartilage nail in the treatment of Mason II ,III radial head fractures with operation has the advantages of short time,little injury, functional recovery quickly, good clinical effect.
