米非司酮联合宫血宁治疗放置IUD后异常出血的效果

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合宫血宁治疗放置宫内节育器后异常出血的临床疗效。方法选择放置宫内节育器后阴道异常出血到广东省从化市街口街社区卫生服务中心就诊的患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和治疗组(n=40)。观察组给予米非司酮片口服,1次/d,1片/次。宫血宁胶囊口服,3次/d,1粒/次。对照组给予口服氨甲苯酸片0.5 g,3次/d,环丙沙星胶囊0.5 g,2次/d。两组均以连服7 d为1个疗程,连服3个疗程。观察比较两组的总有效率。结果观察组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫血宁治疗放置宫内节育器后异常出血疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Gongxuening capsule in the treatment of abnormal bleeding after placed intrauterine device. Method 80 patients with abnormal bleeding after placed intrauterine device in the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Observation group was given mifepristone （qd,1 piece/time） combined with Gongxuening capsule （rid, 1 piece/time）, control group was given aminomethylbenzoic acid tablets （0.5 g,tid） combined with ciproxacin hydrochloride capsules （0.5 g,bid）. 7 days for a course of treatment in two groups, and take 3 period of treatment. The total effect rate of two groups were compared and observed. Results The total effect rate of observation group was 90%, and 70% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongxuening capsule in the treatment of abnormal bleeding after placed intrauterine device has a significant effect.
