摘　　要：本文给出了一种由CMOS工艺制成的单片全波相敏解调集成电路,由一个差分放大器,一个精密比较器和模拟开关组成。详细介绍了该电路的工作原理,呈现设计结果。This paper presents a ful-wave monolithic integrated circuit of a phase sensitive demodulator made by the CMOS process,consists of a differential ampliifer,a precision comparator and analog switches.The paper detailing the working principle of the circuit,showing the results.
