摘　　要：一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去的群众路线,是中国共产党对马克思列宁主义关于人民群众是历史创造者原理在自己全部活动中的创造性运用。它在充分继承和借鉴马克思列宁主义的基础上经历了一个不断发展、不断完善的过程,最终成为我们党的生命线和根本工作路线。斯大林作为马克思列宁主义者和无产阶级革命领袖,对党和群众的关系有许多重要的论述,并充分认识到群众路线在执政党建设中的重要作用。斯大林关于群众路线的思想和理论,对我们党群众路线理论的形成、发展和完善具有积极的理论和现实意义。The mass line “ Everything for the Masses ,All Relying on the Masses ,from the Masses ,to the Masses” is the Chinese Communist Party creatively applies Marxist-Leninist priciple that the masses are the creators of history in all their activities .It has experienced a continuous process of development and improvement on the basis of fully inheriting and learning Marxism-Leninism .It ultimately becomes the lifeblood and the basic work line of our party .Stalin ,as a Marxist-Leninist and proletarian revolutionary leaders ,put forwards many important expositions about the relationship between the party and the mas-ses ,and was fully aware of the important role of the ruling party in the construction of the mass line .Sta-lin’s ideology and theory of mass line are positive theoretical and practical significance to the formation , development and improvement of mass line theory of our party .
