摘　　要：随着生产力的发展,城市化进程加速,导致市区规模不断扩大,大片城郊土地被占用,大批农民失去了土地,他们的生存状况成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文对呼和浩特市厂汉板村随机抽取的50户失地农民进行了调研,分析了该村的征地情况及村民的安置现状。并相应提出了建立失地农民社会保障机制的对策与建议,主要是规范征地补偿标准、为失地农民提供就业和培训的机会、制定相关法律法规以维护失地农民权益以及建立失地农民的养老、最低生话保障机制。With the development of productivity and the acceleration of urbanization ,cities are growing in terns of area when suburb lands are being taken over .The direct consequence of this process is that peasants there are losing their lands ,and their living condition is becoming a big public concern .This es-say is based on a random study of 50 expropriated farming families in Changhanban Village of Hohhot and an analysis of the current conditions of their relocation .The major means ,as suggested in the essay ,to set up a social security system for expropriated peasants are to regulate rural-land-expropriation compensation standard ,provide them with working and training opportunities ,make relevant laws to protect their rights as well as establishing systems of old-age insurance and basic living allowance .
