摘　　要：笔者结合信息时代高校图书馆读者群的特点,阐述了在读者服务创新过程中借鉴并进一步发展阮冈纳赞的"以人为本"的理念的重要性。Through a study on characteristics of university library readers in the era of information , the writer explains the importance of learning and developing Ranganathan＆#39;s humanistic ideas for library people while innovatively serving the readers .
