发展农畜产品加工业,促进第一产业转型升级

摘　　要：进入"十二五"时期,我国产业发展的主要任务之一是实现产业结构转型升级,使整个产业体系能够协调发展。根据产业关联理论,产业之间存在着直接或间接地需求与供给关系。因此,某一产业发展必然会在需求或供给关系中对其他产业发生作用,起到带动或引导作用。农畜产品加工业是以第一产业产品作为原料的加工业,与第一产业有密切的供给与需求关系,所以通过发展农畜产品加工业来引导带动第一产业发展及产业结构内部转型升级,对转型期我国实现整体产业结构协调发展的战略目标有重要意义。The main task for China’s industrial development in “the Twelfth Five Year”is transforming and upgrading of industrial structure so that the whole industrial system may have a healthy development.According to the theory that industries have connections,there is a direct or indirect demand-and-supply relationship among them.Because of this,the rise of a certain industry will certainly form demand or supply relationship with other industries and drive or influence their growth.Farm and livestock product processing is the industry using first in-dustrial products as raw materials.The demand-and-supply relationship between the two industries is very tight. So by developing farm and livestock product processing industry,we can drive transforming and upgrading of the first industry.It is very important for China＆#39;s realization of her strategic goal of a harmonious development within the industrial structure in the transformation period.
