摘　　要：探讨医务人员心理和谐的结构,编制医务人员心理和谐问卷。采用自编《医务人员心理和谐调查问卷》对1-035名医务人员进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,考察问卷的结构和信度、效度。医务人员心理和谐问卷包括:人际和谐感、社会和谐感、自我和谐感、环境和谐感的二阶四因子结构,可解释总方差变异的67.75%;模型与数据的拟合情况符合拟合良好标准;总问卷的Cronbachα系数为0.968,分量表在0.880-0.970之间。医务人员心理和谐问卷具有良好的心理测量学指标,可在相关研究和实践领域使用。To explore the structure of medical staffs’psychological harmony and develop a questionnaire. Methods：1035 medical staffs participated in the self-designed medical staffs’psychological harmony questionnaire survey.exploratory factor analysis （EFA）and confirmatory factor analysis （CFA）were used in data analysis to examine the structure of the questionnaire and the reliability and validity of the survey results.Results：Results showed that the questionnaire of medical staffs’psychological harmony was a second order 4 dimensions model, and was consisted of the sense of interpersonal harmony,the sense of social harmony,the sense of self harmony, the sense of environment harmony.the total variance explained amounted to 67.75 percent.The model fitted the data well.The coefficient of internal consistency（α）of the total questionnaire was 0.968,all subscales’coefficient of internal consistency（α）were from 0.880 to 0.970.Conclusion：The questionnaire’s reliability and validity both met psychometrics criterion and could be used to measure medical staffs’psychological harmony.
