河南柿种质资源种子表型性状多样性研究

摘　　要：通过对河南不同柿品种种子的数量、长度、宽度及重量等表型性状的统计分析,评价不同地区品种间的变异程度,并对不同品种进行聚类分析。结果表明:不同地区的柿品种种子数量和形状存在一定的差异;品种间种子的长度、宽度和重量发生了较大的遗传变异,变异程度各不相同;聚类分析发现,32份不同柿品种分为5类。因此,河南柿种质资源种子表型性状具有丰富的遗传多样性,为今后柿树种质资源利用提供理论依据。The phenotypic characteristics of the seeds from different persimmon varieties were inves- tigated. The degree of variation among the varieties from different regions on number of seeds per fruit, length, width and weight of the seeds were evaluated to collect the information for cluster a- nalysis of different varieties. The results indicated that there was certain difference among the varie- ties from different regions on number and shape of the seeds. The great genetic variation among dif- ferent varieties on length, width and weight of seeds was observed. Cluster analysis divided 32 vari- eties into five groups. There was large genetic diversity on seed phenotypic traits showed in the persimmon varieties in Henan. This study provided theoretical basis for utilizing the persimmon germ- plasm resources in the future.
