芦苇生长对沉积物中氮磷元素地球化学形态的影响

摘  要:研究了南四湖3种不同水深(5cm、30cm、90cm)沉积物中磷的地球化学形态及间隙水中NH4+、PO43-、NO3-、NO2-含量的垂向分布特征。在无芦苇的90cm水深对照区,沉积物处于高度还原状态,氨氮在沉积物间隙水中含量急剧增加,在表层3cm时达到最大值,间隙水中硝态氮在沉积物界面附近含量急剧下降,在2cm以下含量趋于稳定。有芦苇存在的情况下,在水土界面2cm处PO43-和NH4+的含量急剧增大随后趋于稳定。硝态氮在整个剖面的根际溶液中变化不大,上覆水和间隙水浓度相当,仅在90cm水深时亚硝态氮在离界面2cm处急剧增加。LP(可交换态磷)在30cm水深和90cm水深中根际沉积物中含量低于非根际沉积物,这与5cm水深有着相似的规律。但30cm水深和90cm水深BD-P(铁磷)在根际沉积物的含量高于非根际沉积物,铝磷的根际含量低于非根际沉积物中的含量。在3个水深梯度中钙磷无明显的变化规律。This paper presents investigations on geochemical species of phosphorus in sediments and verti-cal distributions of NH4+,PO43^-,NO3^-,NO2- in interstitial waters of 5cm,30cm,90cm water level wetland sedi-ments in Nansihu Lake.Sediments was sharply deoxidized below 90cm water level,where NH4+level in inter-stitial waters was quick increasing and reached a max in 3cm depth surface sediment.However,NO3^- con-tent is significance decreasing near water-sediment interface.The content of PO43^-and NH4+fluctuated near 2cm-depth sediment.NO3^- content seldom fluctuated in the whole pore water of sediment sections,NO2-sharply increased in 90cm-depth sediment surface.Microbial biomass is significance increasing,ten-fold with water level increase in this experiment.Liable phosphorus content is less than in the rhizosphere sedi-ments,compared to none-rhizosphere sediments in 5cm-depth,30cm-depth and 90cm-depth sediments.Other-wise,BD-P content is more than in rhizosphere sediments while NaOH-P is less than.The content of HCl-P isn’t an obvious rule in the three water level.
