潍坊地区149例肾活检病理及临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊地区近年肾脏疾病的病理类型及其与临床表现之间的联系。方法对我院149例肾脏病患者的肾穿刺活检组织标本病理切片分别进行不同染色，行光镜及免疫荧光病理观察。结果本组患者的平均年龄（40．06±13．65）岁，41-50岁为肾脏病的高发年龄段，男女比例为1．44：1 临床表现以肾病综合征最多见（43．62％），其次为慢性肾小球肾炎（33．55％）。病理类型依次为膜性肾病33．56％，IgA肾病30．87％；继发性肾小球肾炎8。05％，继发性肾小球疾病以狼疮性肾炎最常见，慢性肾功能不全占6．71％．结论潍坊地区最常见的肾脏疾病是原发性肾小球疾病，肾病综合征为最常见的临床表现，肾脏病病理类型中膜性肾病最多见，男性多于女性，发病年龄以中年和青壮年多见。Objective To investigate the correlation between pathology type and clinical manifestations of kidney diseases among 149 cases 2 years recently in our hospital. Methods One hundred and forty-nine cases samples were disposed regularly in pathological department, cut into slides and stained with several methods. The results were ob- served under the light microscope and the fluorescence microscope. Results In this group, the mean age was 40.06 ± 13.65. Notably, the kidney diseases were most likely to occur between 31 and 50 years old. Of clinical manifestations, ne- phrotic syndrome（43.62% } was most commonly seen, followed by urinary abnormalities（ 33.55 % ）. The pathology types of nephrotic syndrome were membranous nephropathy （ 33.56% } and IgA nephropathy （ 30.87% ）. On other hand, the occurrence rate of secondary glomerulonephritis was 10.07%. Notably,lupus nephritis was the most commonly found. Chronic renal insufficiency was 6.71%. Conclusions Primary glomerular disease is the most common kidney disease, and nephrotic syndrome is the most common clinical manifestation in Weifang area. The most common kidney pathologi- cal types in membranous nephropathy, male is more than Female. The middle-aged and young adults are high-risk popu- lations.
