经典恒温加速试验法预测健脑益智胶囊的有效期

摘　　要：目的采用经典恒温加速试验预测健脑益智胶囊的有效期。方法以葛根素含量为评价指标,根据Arrhenius指数定律,得出室温(25℃)时的反应速度常数及有效期。结果健脑益智胶囊室温(25℃)时的反应速度常数K25℃=9.32×10-6/h,有效期t0.9=1.29a。结论经典恒温加速试验法预测健脑益智胶囊的有效期偏短,有待于结合长期留样法结果进一步确定健脑益智胶囊的有效期。Objective To forecast the validity duration of Jiannao Yizhi capsules. Classic constant temperature accelerated test method and Arrhinius index law were applied with the content of puerarin as index. Methods Taking puerarin in Jiannao Yizhi capsules as the index of stability and according to Arrhinius index law to calculate the reacting speed constant and the effective time at 25℃. Results The reacting speed constant of Jiannao Yizhi capsules was 9.32 x 10-6/h at room temperature（25℃ ）. The validity duration of Jiannao Yizhi capsules was 1.29a. Conclusion The validity duration of Jiannao Yizhi capsules was slightly short, waitting for combining the method of long - term keeping sample further to determine.
