老年全膝关节成形术后膝关节功能康复治疗与临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究全膝关节成型术后通过膝关节功能恢复评定系统制定膝关节个性化康复程序的临床疗效。方法收集并整理我院2011-05-2013-05采取全膝关节成型术的患者86例,其中对照组40例,术后采取加压包扎、康复理疗等常规治疗;治疗组46例,依据膝关节功能恢复评定系统制定膝关节个性化康复程序并对其进行对症治疗。同时定期进行随访调查,并行DR正侧位片检查,对其进行对症治疗。采用按照《膝关节韧带损伤或手术后效果评价指南》进行评分,对术后1、3、6个月的患者膝关节功能分别进行系统评估。结果随访调查1年之后,统计膝关节功能改善率,治疗组在术后1、3、6个月,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据膝关节功能恢复系统评定制定膝关节个性化康复程序进行康复治疗,对全膝关节成形术后膝关节功能恢复可以起到安全有效的康复效果。Objective To study the effect of knee joint individualized rehabilitation program, which was evaluated by the system of total knee plasty rehabilitation evaluation. Methods 86 pa- tients received total knee arthroplasty were collected and divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated by normal physiotherapy recovery, and 46 cases in the treatment group were treated on the basis of the system of total knee plasty rehabilitation evaluation. Regular fol- low-up survey,parallel DR was lateral slice examined at the same time. The knee joint function was assessed in 1,3,6 months after the operation by （（The guide to the effect assessment to knee ligament injury or surgery）〉. Results After follow-up for 1 year, the knee joint function of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after 1,3,6 months（P〈0.05）. Con- clusion The knee joint individualized rehabilitation program which was based on the system of total knee plasty rehabilitation evaluation is safe and effective to the knee joint function after total knee plasty.
