摘 要:于2011年5月对北黄海浮游植物种类组成、细胞数量及其平面分布进行了调查。共鉴定出浮游植物2门24属52种,其中硅藻有19属45种,占总种类数的86.54%;甲藻5属7种,占13.46%。浮游植物细胞数量介于(1.35~221.45)×104/m3,平均为41.44×104/m3,鸭绿江口海域和渤海海峡以东山东半岛和辽宁半岛之间海域为浮游植物细胞密集区,北黄海中部海域为浮游植物稀疏区。北黄海浮游植物优势种为具槽直链藻(Melosira sulcata)、夜光藻(Noctiluca scientillans)、刚毛根管藻(Rhizosolenia setigera)、柔弱根管藻(R.delicatula)、尖刺菱形藻(Nitzschia pungens)和笔尖根管藻(R.styliformis)。与历史资料相比较,半个世纪以来北黄海春季浮游植物细胞数量基本呈现增长趋势,但在1982年和1998年同期浮游植物细胞数量出现明显波动。The species composition,abundance and distribution of phytoplankton were investigated in the North Yellow Sea in May 2011. The results showed that total 52 species were identified,belonging to phyla with 24 genera,in which 86. 54% were diatoms( 45 species) and 13. 46% were dinoflagellates( 7 species). It was found that the abundance of phytoplankton in the North Yellow Sea was in the range between 1. 35 × 104/ m3and 221. 45 × 104/ m3,and the average quantity of phytoplankton cell was 41. 44 × 104/ m3. The higher density area was observed in the region of the Yalu River estuary and the region between Shandon Peninsula and Liaoning Peninsula. The dominant species in the North Yellow Sea in spring were Melosira sulcata,Noctiluca scientillans,Rhizosolenia setigera,R. delicatula, Nitzschia pungens and R. styliformis. Compared with the data of the same period in history,the abundance of phytoplankton in the North Yellow Sea in spring increased with some fluctuations in 1982 and 1998.
