摘  要:针对大口径平衡炮长管状药、模块化装药的特点,提出了将气固两相分别计算而非将固相流体化的建模思想,建立了适用于平衡炮的内弹道一维两相流模型。模型将管状药床看成一个在两端面压力差和相间阻力共同作用下可沿轴向运动的整体,相间质量能量输运通过控制方程中的源项实现。应用新模型与重叠网格技术对320mm平衡炮内弹道过程进行仿真计算,通过计算结果与炮射试验结果的对比分析,验证了模型的可行性,为平衡炮内弹道过程研究提供了新思路。Aiming at the characteristics of long-tubular powder and modular charge for large-caliber Davis gun,one-dimensional two-phase flow model was developed suiting for Davis gun based on the assumption of gas and solid calculated apart rather than solid fluidized.In the model, the tubular powder was considered as an axially moving whole under the effect of end surface pressure differences and inter-phase drag force.The transport of the mass and energy was conveyed by source term in control equations.The new model and overlap grid technique were used to simulate 320 mm Davis gun.The simulation results were compared with test results,and the feasibility of the model was verified.The study provides a new way to research the interior ballistic process of Davis gun.
