信息管理特色专业应用型人才培养模式研究——以湖南商学院北津学院为例

摘　　要：针对我校北津学院信息管理专业学生生源的特点以及传统人才培养模式的积弊,以省级特色专业建设为平台,在专业知识传授、实践能力培养、综合素质提升等人才培养措施方面展开了较深入的、全面的研究,提出了适合独立学院信息管理专业学生的人才培养模式,以培养具有创新精神和实践动手能力的应用型人才,更好地为地方经济社会发展服务。According to characteristics of the origin of students majoring in information management in Beijin College and the abuse of traditional talent - training patterns, a full and deep research on talent - training measures of imparting of professional knowledge, cultivation of practice ability and promotion of comprehensive quality is performed on the platform of the construction of Provincial characteristics Specialties, and a talent training pattern appropriate for information management specialty of independent college is proposed in this paper, in order to cultivate application -type talents with creative spirit and practical ability, and serve the social and economic development in autonomous regions better.
