摘　　要：执政党的优良党风能够促进社会认同和社会凝聚,引领社会的道德取向,这是执政党党风建设最大的社会价值,也是执政党党风建设对于社会的正能量作用。当前,中国共产党如果把加强和改进党的作风作为党的建设的突破口,把为民务实清廉作为价值追求,就能够充分发挥党风建设的正能量作用,凝聚党心民心,带动政风民风。A good party style of the ruling party can improve the social identification and social cohesion so as to lead to an ideal moral trend in the society, which is the supreme social value as well as an positive orientative effect of the ruling party＇ s construction of the party style to the society. Now, so long as the CCP puts strengthening and improving the party style as the breakthrough of the party construction, and takes serving people and practicing with incorrupt- ness as the value orientation, it will give full play to the role of the positive orientation of the party style construction, and realize the cohesion between the party and the people, hence improving the administrative style and people＇ s mo- rality.
