摘 要:用三维激光多普勒测速系统测量了低速大尺寸单级压气机小流量状态转子内尖区三维紊流流场。小流量状态下叶尖泄漏涡产生于更靠近转子叶片前缘,旋涡强度大,发展迅速,在转子内距离前缘约20%轴向弦长的截面达到最强,在80%轴向弦长附近发生破裂。泄漏涡是造成转子内尖区流动阻塞和紊流脉动的主要因素之一。在约75%弦长的轴向截面,吸力面角区发生旋涡流动,造成较强的流动阻塞和紊流脉动。Three-dimensional flow of the tip leakage vortex inside an axial-flow compressor rotor passage was studied using a 3-D Laser Doppler Velocimetry. The measurements were conducted in a low-speed large-scale compressor at a low mass-flow condition. The flow was surveyed across the entire passage at fifteen axial locations (leading edge to trailing edge) and twelve radial locations (0.985, 0.980, 0.975, 0.950, 0.925, 0.900, 0.875, 0.850, 0.813, 0.775, 0.738 and 0.700 spans). The measurement results indicated that the tip leakage vortex is produced very close to the leading edge, and becomes strongest at about 20% axial chord from the leading edge. With the flow downstream, the vortex core migrates to the pressure surface and to a lower radial location, leading to substantial flow blockage and turbulence. Breakdown of the leakage vortex occurs at about 80% axial chord. A separation vortex appears at the corner of the tip suction surface at about 75blockage and mixing at the downstream tip corner.
