摘 要:研制出一种能够适用于X100超高强度管线钢焊接的烧结焊剂,该焊剂以CaF2-MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2氟碱型为主要渣系,碱度为1.8-2.0。采用该焊剂匹配开发的X100专用焊丝,在不同焊接参数下进行内外双丝双面埋弧焊接,焊接过程电弧平稳,脱渣效果和工艺性能良好,焊缝成形美观。焊后对焊接接头力学性能进行了检测,检测结果显示,焊缝抗拉强度可达790 MPa以上,-10℃焊缝冲击韧性达100 J以上,完全适用于X100管线钢的焊接。A kind of sintered flux which can be applied to X100 ultra high strength pipeline steel welding was developed, and CaF2-MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2 fluorine alkali is the main slag system of this welding flux, its basicity is 1.8-2.0. Adopting X100 specified wire developed matching the above welding flux to perform inside and outside double wires submerged-arc welding, under different welding parameters. The welding arc is stable, deslagging effect, processing property and the appearance of weld are good. After welding the mechanical performance of welded joints were detected, the result showed that the tensile strength of weld can exceed 790 MPa , the impact toughness can be above 100 J, which is completely suitable for X100 pipeline steel welding.
