摘  要:对不同规格、不同厂家生产的X80钢级热轧板卷及制成的螺旋焊管拉伸性能进行了统计分析。结果表明,制管后屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈升高趋势,且屈服强度增加量大于抗拉强度,屈强比呈升高趋势,伸长率呈降低趋势;成型和静水压试验过程中的形变强化是影响性能变化的主要因素。静水压试验压力和试样尺寸影响形变强化效果,静水压试验压力越高,试样尺寸越接近钢管原始壁厚,则形变强化效果越明显,强度增加量越大。The tensile properties of X80 grade SAWH steel pipes and hot rolled coils with different size, which were manufactured by different steel company, were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength of steel pipes present a increasing trend, the increment of yield strength is higher than that of tensile strength, and the yield strength shows increasing trend, the elongation decreases. The deformation strengthening, which happened in the process of forming and hydrostatic test, is the main effect factor on the change of tensile properties. The deformation strengthening is affected by hydrostatic test pressure and test specimen size. The higher hydrostatic test pressure is, the closer to the original wall thickness sample size, the more obvious deformation strengthening effect and the greater increment.
