摘　　要：对螺旋管圈水冷壁的制造作了详细的工艺分析，着重探讨螺旋管圈水冷壁的划线、成排弯、过渡段管排的制造、灰斗制造、水冷套的加工、合金钢的焊接工艺，介绍保证螺旋角、过渡段管排的宽度、燃烧器与水冷套的顺利定位穿孔，解决焊接变形和焊接裂缝的方法。Detailed procedure analysis is made for manufacturing of spiral coilwaterwall with emphasis on consideration of layout of spiral coil waterwall, panel bending, manufacturing of transitional tube panel and ash hopper, machining of water jacket, welding procedure of alloy steel. This paper also gives out methods to ensure spiral angle, transitional panel width, smooth positioning and assembly of burner and water jacket and to solve problems of welding deformation and cracks.
