神经妥乐平大剂量治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究神经妥乐平大剂量治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法:将患带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)患者90例随机分为对照组和大剂量神经妥乐平治疗组(18u/日),疗程14d。应用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疗效。结果:(1)治疗组VAS值在治疗后1个月为(3.23±1.34)分,低于治疗前(6.27±1.23)分,t=8.361,P=0.000;亦低于对照组治疗后VAS值(4.15±0.92)分,t=2.635,P=0.027。(2)治疗组的疗效优、良、差率分别是75.00%、18.75%和6.25%,对照组分别是21.43%、40.48%和38.10%,Z=-5.171,P=0.000。结论:大剂量神经妥乐平治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效。ObjectiveTo assess efficacy and safety of large dose neurotropin in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia for patientswith herpes zoster. Methods：90 cases with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and large dose neurotropintreatment group （by intravenous infusion at dosage of 18 u/ day for 14 days）. The effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）. Results： The VAS value of treatment group was （3. 23±1. 34） points one month after the treatment and was lower than that ofbefore the treatment [（6. 27±1. 23） points] （t = 8. 361, P = 0. 000）, and also lower than that of control group [（4. 15±0. 92）points] （t =2. 635, P =0. 027）. The rates of excellent, good and bad were 75. 00%, 18. 75% and 6. 25%, respectively, whereasthose of control group were 21. 43%, 40. 48% and 38. 10% （Z = -5. 171, P =0. 000）. Conclusions： Large dose neurotropin in thetreatment of postherpetic neuralgia is effective and safe.
