耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术联合中药前列汤治疗前列腺增生的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列腺摘除术后运用中药治疗的疗效。方法:治疗组60例患者在耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后服中药前列汤,对照组60例患者仅行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术。结果:治疗后治疗组60名患者排尿通畅,术后无感染和出血。对照组患者在手术拔管1周后出现排尿不畅5例,术后1周内感染5例,发生前列腺再出血5例,尿常规检查异常5例。结论:耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术联合中药前列汤治疗获得良好的临床效疗,值得推广运用。ObjectiveTo observe efficacy of suprapubic prostatectomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatmentof patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods：Suprapubic prostatectomy combined traditional Chinese medicine was used intreatment group, whereas only suprapubic prostatectomy was used in control group. Results： For treatment group, the 60 cases got nor-mal voiding and the treatment had significant effects on the prevention of postoperative bleeding, infection and dysuria. However, incontrol group, there were 5 cases with abnormal voiding 1 week after the tube drawing, 5 cases with infections 1 week after the opera-tion, 5 cases with prostate rebleeding, and 5 cases with abnormal routine examination results. Conclusions： The suprapubic prostatec-tomy combined traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia has good clinical effectsand is worth of being used in the clinical fields.
