摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理对康复期女性慢性精神病患者心理需要的影响。方法:根据马斯洛基本生理需要论,自行设计了调查问卷,对80例住院的慢性康复期女性精神病患者进行心理护理前后的心理需求调查,并比较。结果:心理护理干预后,女性慢性精神病患者的高层次需求明显提高。结论:精神病患者同样有基本心理需要,需要医务人员加以重视和进行积极心理护理干预,以提高需求层次,恢复社会功能,促进精神病患者早日回归社会。ObjectiveTo explore effects of psychological nursing on psychological needs for female patients with chronic psy-chosis in convalescence. Methods：According to Maslow＇s theory of basic physiological needs, a questionnaire was designed. The psy-chological needs of 80 female inpatients with chronic psychosis in convalescence were investigated and compared before and after thepsychological nursing. Results： After the psychological nursing intervention, the high-level psychological needs of the female patientswith chronic psychosis increased significantly. Conclusions： The psychiatric patients also have the basic psychological needs, thereforethe medical personnel should pay more attention to and actively do the psychological nursing intervention in order to improve the needlevel, promote the restoration of the social function, and help them return to the society early.
