摘　　要：目的:探讨和分析引入5S管理的工作方法后,能否提高民营专科医院的护理质量,优化护理流程。方法:面向全院护理人员培训5S管理方法的相关知识,制定工作目标及工作计划。结果:提高了工作效率、提高了护理质量、提升了科室效益,保障了护理安全,同时也提升了护士满意度及患者满意度。结论:5S管理是提升护理质量的有效管理方法之一。ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze application of 5S management method in improving nursing quality and opti-mizing nursing process for a private specialized hospital. Methods：The staff in the hospital were trained with 5S management method,and a work objective and a work plan were made. Results： After the implementation of the “5S冶management method, the working effi-ciency was improved, the nursing quality and the department efficiency were promoted, the nursing safety was guaranteed, and the nur-ses and patients become more satisfied with the working environment of the department. Conclusions： 5S is one of the effective manage-ment methods to improve the nursing quality.
