黑龙江省生态环境质量动态评价及建议

摘　　要：为加快黑龙江省生态文明建设，保护生态环境，以2003~2012年黑龙江省统计年鉴和统计公报为数据源，利用熵值法和综合指数法通过14个指标对该省生态环境质量进行了动态评价。结果显示：10 a来，黑龙江省生态环境质量呈波动变化趋势，其中生态环境质量指数以2006年最低（0.246），2010年最高（0.540）；总体质量相对较好，但也存在着污染加重的潜在危机；为此提出了改善黑龙江省生态环境质量的建议。In order to speed up the establishment of ecological civilization and protection of ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province, a dynamic assessment was conducted to the ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province from 14 indexes by the entropy weight method and the comprehensive index method based on the statistical bulletin and the statistical yearbook of Heilongjiang Province in 2003~2012. The results showed that in the 10 years, the ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province was fluctuant variation, and the lowest （0.246） showed in 2006 and the highest （0.540） showed in 2010; the overall quality is relatively well, but there were also some latent dangers of worse pollution. In the end, some corresponding suggestions for improving ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
