摘 要:为了筛选出适合低温热源有机朗肯循环的工质,根据PR状态方程计算方法分析了9种有机工质的有机朗肯循环的热力特性,对蒸发压力、冷凝压力,输出功率和热效率等方面进行了比较。结果表明,1,1,1,2,3,3,3-七氟丙烷比其他工质具有更高的输出功率和火用效率,冷凝压力在大气压之上,既能更好的利用低温热源又对设备的承压没有太大的影响,是适合有机朗肯循环系统的工质。Abstrat: To select a suitable working fluid for low-temperature heat-source organic Rankine cycle, the PR state equation was adopted to calculate and analyze the thermal performance of nine organic fluids, then those fluids were investigated and compared from aspects of evaporation pressure, condensation pressure, output power and thermal efficiency. Results showed that 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane had higher output power and thermal efficiency than other fluids, the condensation pressure was above atmospheric pressure too, at the same time it could make better use of low-temperature heat-source and had not so big effect on pressure-bearing of equipment, so it was an available and effective working fluid for organic Rankine cycle system.
