摘  要:矿山采矿废水的浪费及中国西北部水资源的状况,分析了某西北金矿采矿废水的特性及回用的必要性,提出了该工艺在缺水地区废水回用的合理技术,介绍了中水回用处理的工艺流程,采用沉淀反应器的技术降低废水悬浮物及浊度,采用反渗透技术降低矿化度。实施结果表明,沉淀反应器出水悬浮物去除率达到92.4%,斜板沉淀池出水浊度小于5 NTU;反渗透产水TDS的质量浓度小于50 mg/L,浊度小于0.5 NTU。每年可生产0.38×106m3的再生水、消减COD 12 t。This article introduced the waste of mining wastewater and the water resources status in northwestern China, analyzed the characteristics and the necessity of mining wastewater reuse, putted forward the reasonable technology of wastewater reuse in water shortage region, introduced the process flow. This treatment process used the precipitation reactor technology to reduce the suspended solids and turbidity of wastewater, and used reverse osmosis technology to reduce salinity. Implementation results showed that the suspended solids removal efficiency of the precipitation reactor effluent reached 92.4%; the turbidity of inclined plate sedimentation tank effluent was less than 5 NTU; the TDS quality concentration of reverse osmosis effluent was less than 50 mg/L, and the turbidity was less than 0.5 NTU. It can produce 0.38×106m3reclaimed water and cut 12 t COD per year
