摘 要:应用瞬态激振法实测了针叶木规格材(SPF)的弹性模量,并对弹性模量进行了威布尔分布的拟合检验。结果表明:SPF规格材松木试件的弹性模量遵循威布尔分布,应用拟合检验确定的威布尔参数,估算了总体弹性模量均值、标准离差和弹性模量在给定值下的概率。根据GB 5005—2003木结构设计规范及确定的威布尔参数,评价了总体二级SPF规格材松木试件达到二级材Ⅱc的可靠度为95.9%,即推算总体松木试件弹性模量达不到二级材Ⅱc的概率为4.1%。This paper measured MOE of a batch of SPF dimension lumbers by means of transient shock excitation method and applied Weibull distribution to fit the examination using 30 pine test pieces from totality second-class randomly. The result showed that MOE of pine testing lumbers of SPF batch followed the law of Weibull distribution and Weibull param-eters determined by fitting examination, which had estimated the general mean value, standard deviation and probability of MOE at given values. The accuracy of assess was 95?9% according to code for design of timber structures ( GB 5005-2003) and Weibull parameters, when pine test pieces of total second-class SPF dimension lumbers accorded with the standard of second-class, this mean was that the probability was 4?1% when pine test pieces of total SPF dimension lumbers were not up to the standard of second-class Ⅱc .
