摘　　要：创建青海省血液中心管理QQ群和青海省血站质量管理QQ群,应用于咨询、讨论与交流;在线共享培训资源;在线交流沟通;收集和共享外来文件;推进无纸化办公;发布节日祝福等。QQ群的应用,建立了和谐宽松的血站质量管理交流沟通平台,为开展高品质的质量管理和建设血站质量管理文化奠定了良好基础。The innovation use of QQ groups for Blood Center of Qinghai Province and quality management in Blood Station of Qinghai Province will be applied to consultation, discussion and communication ; online sharing training resources ; online commu- nication ; collecting and sharing foreign documents ; promotion of paperless office ; releasing holiday blessing, etc. The application of the QQ group established a relaxed blood quality management communication platform, and laid a good foundation for conduc- ting high - quality quality management and construction of quality management culture in blood station.
