摘  要:职能部门协同管理是职能部门深入临床科室,协助或督促其解决问题的一种管理模式。由医院办公室组织发起,医务部、门诊部、护理部等职能部门参加,以门诊、病房的临床医技科室为检查对象,对临床科室管理、相关制度执行、医疗管理、护理管理、医院感染管理、临床合理用药等进行检查,医院办公室负责督导和反馈,共性问题在月点评会上集中分析。职能部门协同管理的实施,密切了职能部门与临床科室的联系,规范了科室管理,提高了医疗护理质量和患者满意度。The collaborative management among functional departments is a new management model that the functional de- partments inspect the clinical department to find problems and assist or supervise them to resolve the problems. The CM was initia- ted by the hospital office. The medical department, outpatient department, nursing department and other functional departments inspected the clinical and medical departments. The contents included department management, implementation of the regula- tions, medical management, nursing management, hospital infection control, clinical rational drug use, and so on. The hospital office was responsible for steering and feedback. The common problems were analyzed in review meeting once a month. The CM made the functional departments and clinical departments had a closer contact. It regulated the management of clinical depart- ments and improved the medical - nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
