摘 要:为了解10味中药体外抗畜禽支原体活性及其细胞毒性,以水回流提取法制备中药提取物,采用微量液体稀释法分别测定10味中药对牛支原体、鸡毒支原体及羊肺炎支原体标准株的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并以MTT法测定10味中药对非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero细胞)的细胞毒性作用。结果表明,10味中药中,两面针、南板蓝根、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、甘草和白鲜皮等7味中药对3种畜禽支原体具有不同程度的体外抑制和杀灭作用。其中两面针、南板蓝根和甘草活性较强,MIC分别为7.81mg/mL^31.25mg/mL、7.81mg/mL^62.50mg/mL、15.625mg/mL^62.50mg/mL;其余3味中药广藿香、土槿皮和艾叶活性最低,MIC几乎大于250mg/mL。10味中药中,土槿皮对Vero细胞有一定的细胞毒性,最大安全浓度(TC0)为<0.49mg/mL,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为3.70mg/mL;其余9味中药对Vero细胞毒性很小,TC0在3.91mg/mL^15.625mg/mL之间,IC50在54.73mg/mL^114.23mg/mL之间。提示筛选出两面针、南板蓝根、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、甘草和白鲜皮等7味中药对牛支原体、鸡毒支原体及羊肺炎支原体具有不同程度的体外抑制和杀灭作用,且其细胞毒性较小。To study the anti-livestock and poultry mycoplasma activity and the cytotoxicity of ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in vitro ,the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of ten kinds of tradi- tional Chinese medicines which were extracted with water refluxing extraction, were determined against Mycoplasma boris ,Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae standard strains with mi- cro-liquid-dillution methods, respectively. And the cytotoxicity of ten kinds of traditional Chinese medi- cines on Vero cells was detemined by MTT method. The results showed as follows,among ten kinds of tra- ditional Chinese medicines, seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines had bacteriostatic effects against livestock and poultry mycoplasma in vitro at different extents,which were Zanthoccylum nitidum ,Baphi- cacanthus cusia , Coptis chinensis , Scutellaria baicalensis , Phellodendri chinensis , Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Dictamnus dasycarpus. And Zanthoxylum nitidum, Baphicacanthus cusia uralensis and Glycyrrhiza had better activitivies. Their MICs were 7. 81 mg/mL-31. 25 mg/mL, 7. 81 mg/mL-62. 50 mg/mL and 15. 625 mg/mL-62.50 mg/mL. Pogostemon cablin ,Pseudolarix teaempferi and Artemisia argyi had lowest activitivies, of which MIC were almost more than 250 mg/mL. Pseudolarix kaempferi had certain cytotoxicity on Vero cells, the maximum safe concentration (TC0) was less than 0.49 mg/mL, and the half inhibitory concentrations (IC50) was 3.70 mg/mL. While the cytotoxicities of the rest nine kinds of traditional Chinese medicines on Vero cells were very low, the maximum safe concentrations (TC0) were 1. 95 mg/mL-15. 625 mg/mL and the half inhibitory concentration (ICs0) were 14.35 mg/mL 101.37 mg/mL. It pointed out that the screened of seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicines had good effect against Myciokasna boris, Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae in vitro at different extents, which were Zanthoxylum nitidum, Baphicacanthus cusia, Coptis chinensis, Scutellaria baic
